White-glove delivery service is available at an additional cost.

Large furniture items may require additional processing and delivery time. You will be informed of the estimated delivery date at checkout.

The courier will be selected based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. White-Glove Delivery

For large furniture items, we offer an optional white-glove delivery service that includes:

Unpacking & Setup

Full unpacking and placement of furniture items.

Packaging Removal

All packaging materials removed and disposed of responsibly.

Basic Assembly

Basic assembly included for applicable items.

White-glove delivery is available worldwide. Pricing is calculated based on the items and delivery address and will be shown at checkout. For details, please contact us for a quote.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can use this to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

If you have not received a tracking notification within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@vzukov.homes.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to report and resolve the issue.

Please inspect all items upon delivery. For white-glove deliveries, note any damage on the delivery receipt before the courier leaves.
