1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated by SIA Vzukov (registration number: 40203620420), with its registered address at Gobas iela 8-5, Riga, LV-1016, Latvia ("we", "us", "our").

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate in Latvia (currently 21%).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

3. Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

SEPA Bank Transfer

Direct bank transfer within the Single Euro Payments Area.

Visa

Visa credit and debit cards via secure payment gateway.

Mastercard

Mastercard credit and debit cards via secure payment gateway.

Invoice (B2B)

Available for registered business customers upon approval.

All payment transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

5. Warranty

All products sold through our website come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 1999/44/EC and Directive (EU) 2019/771).

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that existed at the time of delivery. During the first year, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless we can prove otherwise.

Furniture-Specific Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty applies to furniture assembled strictly according to the included instructions.
  • Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, excessive weight loads, or environmental conditions (e.g., excessive humidity) is not covered.
  • Normal wear and tear, minor variations in wood grain, and color differences inherent to natural materials are not considered defects.
  • For assembled furniture: if a defect is found, we will first attempt repair or replacement before offering a refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email to sales@vzukov.homes).

7. Delivery

We deliver across the European Union. Delivery times, costs, and available shipping options vary depending on your location and the size of the items ordered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics, is the property of SIA Vzukov or its licensors and is protected by Latvian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA Vzukov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
